The file md4ws.msi was missing on site server in D:\Program Files\Microsoft Configuration Manager\Client\x64 folder. This file is for Microsoft Defender.

The reason behind missing file was unknow. However same file was present in another folder “D:\Program Files\Microsoft Configuration Manager\CMUClient\x64”. I simply copied the file to D:\Program Files\Microsoft Configuration Manager\Client\x64 folder from where ConfigMgr setup was trying to copy the file to destination folder.. The Management Point installation was succeded on all MP at next retry.
